Joleen Lunzer is a pigment-challenged stand up comedian living in Hollywood, CA.Born and raised in Minnesota, Joleen’s comedy is a mixture of her "Minnesota Nice"upbringing, love of story telling and sardonic wit. Joleen was voted, “Most Blunt” in high school. Her comedy has been described as "a grenade with a bow on it." Joleen recently performed on Comedy TimeTV and is featured YouTube's Chick Comedy. In November 2013, she released her first comedy album, which is available on iTunes and Amazon. The album, entitled: Hot Off The Hotdish is a collection of comedic sketches that was created in her parent's Minnesota basement with fellow comedian, Xchel Hernandez. In May of 2013, Joleen placed first in The Ultimate Funny Person Competition in Minneapolis. Joleen was also selected as a performer in Boston’s Women in Comedy Festival in the spring of 2013. Joleen headlined the Tempe Improv in February 2012 and has worked with talented comedians like Kevin Nealon, Jim Jefferies and Louie Anderson to name a few. In addition to stand-up comedy, Joleen performs long-form improv and is the co-creator of the satirical news website: Grown Up Recess.
